The Whistler Shuttle offers daily, frequent shuttle transportation from Vancouver to Whistler. There is a maximum wait time guarantee of 90 minutes for flights arriving between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. They will also guarantee a seat as long as guests book 72 hours or more before travel. Once you have your flight information, we will book a reservation with a shuttle that will take you directly from the airport to Fairmont Chateau Whistler, with door-to-door service. After you land in Vancouver and get your bags, you will check in with a representative for the shuttle. They will have your flight information and be ready for your arrival.

Once you're on the shuttle, it will be a two to three hour beautiful drive from Vancouver to Whistler.

We will depart from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Just as we did for our arrival, we will take a shuttle from Fairmont Chateau Whistler to the airport.

We need to allow for around 5 hours from the time you leave Fairmont Chateau Whistler to the time of your flight. This accounts for the 2-3 hours shuttle ride, and the time it takes to check in and get through security at the airport.  Do not book your departure flight super early in the day as there may not be shuttles leaving early enough for you to get to your flight on time.
